Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
How long does delivery take?
After shipment, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier performance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
What is your return policy?
Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
